1. Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product delivered is incorrect or damaged.

• Due to the nature of wellness & personal care products, used or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
