1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines are generally:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above [insert amount, e.g., ₹499].
For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of [insert amount, e.g., ₹49/₹99] applies.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include additional charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery two times.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, or non-availability of the customer, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders are accepted within India only.
