1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines are generally:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above [insert amount, e.g., ₹499].

  • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of [insert amount, e.g., ₹49/₹99] applies.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

  • You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery two times.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, or non-availability of the customer, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders are accepted within India only.
